Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and payment information.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including properties searched, reports generated, and features accessed.

Property Data: Data you enter into the CRM (property details, financial metrics, rent rolls, investor information, documents) is stored securely in your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Cadastre Service
  • Process token purchases and subscription payments
  • Generate reports and analyses you request
  • Send account-related communications (billing, security, service updates)
  • Improve the Service and develop new features

We do not sell your personal information or property data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your CRM data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure with:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Encryption at rest
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication

4. Public Records Data

Cadastre aggregates publicly available government records from Washington DC, Arlington VA, Alexandria VA, Montgomery County MD, and Baltimore MD. This data includes zoning cases, building permits, crime statistics, property assessments, and other public records. This data is available to anyone and is not considered private information.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With your team: Data is shared with other users on your account plan per your role-based access settings
  • Service providers: We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Google Cloud/Firebase), and analytics
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or legal process

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your CRM data at any time (Excel export is included in all plans)
  • Correct inaccurate account information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Generated reports and token transaction history are retained for 12 months after account closure.

9. Children's Privacy

Cadastre is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
