Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cadastre ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Cadastre is operated by Cadastre LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Cadastre is a real estate CRM and data intelligence platform that provides property tracking, pipeline management, due diligence tools, and auto-generated reports based on publicly available government records across Washington DC, Arlington VA, Alexandria VA, Montgomery County MD, and Baltimore MD.
3. Account Plans & Tokens
Account Plans: Cadastre offers Starter ($150/month), Professional ($250/month), and Enterprise ($400/month) subscription plans. Each plan includes access to the full CRM and a one-time allotment of tokens upon subscription.
Tokens: Tokens are Cadastre's unit of currency for generating reports and analyses. Each token costs $100 when purchased individually. Tokens never expire. Reports cost 1–5 tokens depending on complexity.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Data Sources & Accuracy
Cadastre aggregates data from publicly available government records including zoning boards, tax offices, permit databases, crime databases, and census data across 5 jurisdictions. While we strive for accuracy:
- Data is sourced from public records which may contain errors or be outdated
- Reports and analyses are informational tools, not legal advice
- Predictive scores (variance approval probability, risk scores, gentrification indices) are estimates based on historical patterns
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
Users should independently verify critical information and consult with licensed professionals (attorneys, appraisers, etc.) before making investment decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Cadastre's data or reports without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or our algorithms
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users beyond your plan's user limit
- Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent
6. Intellectual Property
The Cadastre platform, algorithms, scoring methodologies, reports, and design are the intellectual property of Cadastre LLC. Raw government data remains in the public domain. Our analysis, scoring, and presentation of that data is proprietary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cadastre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Investment decisions made based on our data or reports
- Inaccuracies in government source data
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of Cadastre is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the CRM and any stored data will be available for 30 days for export, after which it may be deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the District of Columbia.
